Mirror, Mirror, on the Wall...

Another month has come and gone, and a new set of classes has begun. This month I'm taking another character modeling class (like when I made Tobias a couple months back), but with more emphasis on proper proportions with regards to human musculature. If that weren't going to be difficult enough, we don't get to choose somewhat obscure comedians to model this month. We have to create a 3d representation of ourselves.

It's going to be pretty challenging. Not only because creating something that looks like a particular person (especially one as dashing as myself) is fairly difficult, but also because temptation to take certain artistic licenses with this sort of thing is pretty much unavoidable.

Hopefully I'll be able to get my project from last month posted sometime this week, so keep an eye out if that sort of thing interests you.

I'm glad you used that other image for the last frame of your comic. I don't think I could have handled seeing your mouth move any further away from the center of your face.

Also, I have (had) to type "ebmxrlgb" to get this to show up. 8 f-ing letters. As a result, I'm removing 8 letters from the end of

you'd be suprised double m, a side mouth can come in very handy at times.

dan, i'm impressed at your ability to map out all those word bubbles with the limited space. i have to admit that the anticipation got to me and before I could finish reading the words in the second frame I had to peek ahead to your pasted face and have a good laugh. not that your face is funny- the comic is... funny. Basically I'm just trying to say "lol".

All I can think of is when your trying to perform [redacted] or [redacted] on your significant other while still watch a movie/read lips/drive.

I believe at least one of those redacted statements was referring to this (SNL ... so reasonably SFW).

Hahaha. How have I not seen that before. That was incredible. There's a glimmer of hope for SNL yet...

That's why I love the internet. It sifts out the best of SNL for me, so I don't have to kill a Saturday night watching a typically crappy show, yet I still get to see the best skits.

Yeah internet!

Too bad that's an old clip and not something new. I'm not sure SNL is even worth the internet's time anymore...
