I'd recommend looking on websites such as CGTalk or HighEnd3D for free character rigs that you could use.D Wheezyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17110040389020865617noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8695504.post-59945999390552517742008-06-16T18:01:00.000-04:002008-06-16T18:01:00.000-04:00hi. I don't have any experience with 3d-modelling, so I'm missing player-models. would you like to share those models/animations?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8695504.post-83648427144459887832008-04-06T23:28:00.000-04:002008-04-06T23:28:00.000-04:00Well he did have the last shot. Make sure you guys tell people that they can meet the artist at your wedding :).

You know, after the appropriate amount of attention is given to the bride and groom of course.D Wheezyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17110040389020865617noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8695504.post-52532975744912511082008-04-03T12:30:00.000-04:002008-04-03T12:30:00.000-04:00I agree with Marshall - badass. So while there is still a seperate Maya and 3DStudio, they're getting more similar with every release.

We're using Maya, and from what I hear a lot of the entertainment industry uses Maya (or some proprietary derivation). SoftImage XSI is another package that is up and coming - in fact from what I hear Full Sail might start using that soon.

Johnny I'd be happy to hire you as a 'Story Artist'. I can only assume that the majority of your stories would involve ninja turtles.D Wheezyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17110040389020865617noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8695504.post-58517631024363039222008-04-03T09:56:00.000-04:002008-04-03T09:56:00.000-04:00Solid effort Wheezy. Notice after the first shot how he seems to relax a bit, like surely he's going to get the point. And then his second shot he's mad he had to hit the ball again, so he just launches the ball up in the air, likely enough to reach the stands. Game, set, match.

And with that, I would like to nominate myself as 'Story Artist' for my demo reel.Johnnyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05264309965354331733noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8695504.post-85539147708507546742008-04-02T23:48:00.000-04:002008-04-02T23:48:00.000-04:00So that's how they do it!
